"Can’t really go wrong with these ubiquitous hibachi style restaurants in shopping malls, some are named differently but we always call them ‘Sarkus’. Love the slight char on the chicken and the sweet sauce that they use, we’ve been steering away from the extra ladle of sauce that they offer to pour over the rice for free but that’s an option if you want it. Being near the gulf, the quality of their shrimp is really good. The portions are also huge and prices are just right."

"Active listening is importance especially with language barriers. I ordered 2 chicken & shrimp, steamed rice & no vegetables, to only get 1 chicken & shrimp & 1 chicken. & I talk very clearly, & I repeated my order. So for all that & still get it wrong was frustrating. However, the food was still good & the cooks were fantastic. Please train your cashiers on active listening & repeat the orders back."
